First things first, before explaining how to track your packages, let's reiterate some of the essential points highlighted in our Shipping and Handling Policy (which we still encourage you to give a quick read).

1. Very often, we are packaging and shipping items separately, so if you received one package that did not contain your entire order, please don't worry. Your order has been split into multiple packages for logistic reasons and in order to keep the shipping FREE, for you.

2. Shipping times vary, depending on your location. Please check the Shipping and Handling Policy for more details. Also, we need to remind you that since we are mostly shipping straight from manufacturers all over the world, the shipping time might be longer than you expect. However, this enables us to keep the price down, for you, our customer. This aspect is also mentioned in the Shipping and Handling Policy, which is linked on every page on our website, and should have been, in theory, consulted before placing the order.

3. If you received your tracking numbers, but they are not updated yet, please keep in mind that this is entirely carrier dependent. Please allow up to 10 business days for tracking numbers to be updated. If after 10 business days the tracking is still not updated, please get in touch with us at support@clasqade.com

4. For the FREE Shipping package, tracking numbers are, most of the time, limited. This means that they will only be updated until the package has been loaded onto a cargo airplane with the buyer's country as its final destination. If you need a continuously updated tracking number, please consider our updated shipping package.

You, most likely, arrived here after receiving an e-mail from us with one or more tracking numbers. Please look at each tracking number you received, look at the list below, and when you identify the appropriate type of tracking number, please follow the instructions to the right.

RLXXXXXXXXXCN (13 digits in total) -> China Post Registered Air Mail. This package can be tracked using 17Track or other universal package trackers while in China. After it arrives in the buyer's country, the package should be trackable on the official website of the post service from that respective country.

RSXXXXXXXXXCN (13 digits in total) -> China Post Registered Air Mail. This package can be tracked using 17Track or other universal package trackers while in China. After your order has arrived at its destination, you can monitor the delivery on Royal Mail's official website.

RBXXXXXXXXXSG (13 digits in total) -> Singapore AirMail. Please use this packet tracker to track your package. You can also use the carrier's official website.

LP000XXXXXXXXXXX (16 digits in total) -> SunYou Economic Air Mail. Please use this link to track your package.
